Greetings, my name is Michael Bator and I've been a consultant/contractor for years now.  I have over 15 years experience in the Microsoft development world with some Oracle.  WinForms, ASP, middle or back end I've done it all.  Throw in some data migration, Team Lead, Solution/Application Architecture and data modelling and you can get a feel of where I've been and how my skillset may be of benefit to you.

What differentiates me from other candidates with top-notch technical skills is my ability to listen and respond to client’s needs.
